• Booking Procedure:
  • We have a "first come, first served" policy for confirmed bookings
  • When you are ready to book, please check our availability calendar, then send us an e-mail that you would like to confirm a booking for your preferred dates
  • Upon our confirmation of the dates, we will place the confirmed period "on hold" (showing yellow in the calendar)
  • Your booking deposit must be received within 7 days of confirmation or the hold status will be withdrawn (within 48 hours if booking made within 5 weeks of arrival; immediate if booking made within 7 days of arrival)
• Security Deposit:
  • $1000-1500
• Terms:
  • 50% deposit on booking
  • balance + security deposit due minimum 5 weeks prior to arrival
  • payable via cheque or Interac e-mail Money Transfer for payments made more than 5 weeks before arrival
  • bookings made within 5 weeks of arrival require full rate + security deposit, payable via Interac e-mail Money Transfer
• Cancellations:
  • cancellations must be received in writing
  • 10% cancellation fee if property is rebooked
  • 10% cancellation fee + prorated refund for partial rebookings
  • no refund if property not rebooked
